Levey Miller Maretz offers investment opportunity
Levey Miller Maretz is offering an investment opportunity: a fully occupied, 125,000 s/f warehouse and office property for sale.
The property is at 250 Dodge Ave., next to Tweed New Haven Airport. The building is fully leased, with tenants who plan to remain in place under new ownership.
Dreadnaught Properties CT LLC is selling the property, with a listing price of $3.99 million. The seller does business as New Haven Moving Equipment, which leases about 80,000 square feet of space in the building and will be staying there. The current net operating income is $482,000.
Other tenants are Neato LLC, Shoreline Metal Service, MicroPatent, TXX Services and Associated X-Ray Corp. The property has six loading docks and 80 parking spaces.
