Londonderry, NH According to Andrew Levy, CCIM, senior manager retail at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty Commercial, Lucciano‘s Italian Ristorante & Bar has leased 5,100 s/f adjacent to Shaw’s Supermarket. Owned and operated by Tina and Lou Hatsiandrou the new space is almost triple the size of their previous restaurant where they built up a local following and reputation for offering gluten free pastas and baked goods for 20 years. The new restaurant has 164 seats and a custom-designed wooden bar top that seats an additional 18 guests.

Apple Tree Shopping Center was purchased a year and a half ago by Vernco Apple LLC. Since the property changed hands, seven new tenants have opened their doors with two more businesses under construction. The center is managed by Vernet Properties and The Retail Team at Verani Realty spearheads leasing efforts.

The 191,500 s/f Apple Tree Shopping Center at 4 Orchard View Dr. which is anchored by Shaw’s Supermarket, was purchased by George Vernet last summer and has gone through a complete upgrade and transformation. This has resulted in six new signed leases in addition to The Game Changer Sports Bar & Grill.
