Levy of MEG Co. reps. Rosen/ Bedford L.P. for 6,600 s/f Sleepy's
According to Andrew Levy, CCIM director of brokerage services for the MEG Companies, Sleepy's the Mattress Professionals has opened in 6,600 s/f next to Radio Shack and Rite Aid at One South River Rd. in the former Movie Gallery endcap. Sleepy's is the largest mattress retailer on the northeast coast with over 350 stores and an unsurpassed reputation of quality, selection, and customer service. Rich Kornblatt of Julius M. Feinblum Real Estate Inc. represented the tenant and Levy represented the landlord, Rosen/Bedford Limited Partnership.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
