Levy of MEG Cos. leases 1,600 s/f to Nadeau's Subs
According to Andrew Levy, CCIM of the MEG Companies, Nadeau's Subs has leased 1,600 s/f at Gold's Corner. This represents the company's fourth location. Ken DeSchuiteneer of The Masiello Group represented Nadeau's Subs.
Gold's Corner is located on Canal St. in the Millyard and is anchored by Gold's gym. Other tenants include Trendsetters Salon, and Premiere rentals.
