Skretting, Canada has leased 17,030 s/f of warehouse space in the Saunders Business Park located at 15 Saunders Way. Skretting will use the space as manufacturing space for developing aqua feeds. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, JBB Westbrook LLC, by Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, of CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Company and on behalf of the tenant by Justin Lamontagne, also of CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Company. Group Main Stream has leased 5,450 s/f of office space in the Saunders Business Park located at 15 Saunders Way.
