Levy of MEG Cos. leases 8,000 s/f to Planet Fitness at Raymond SC

According to Andrew Levy, CCIM of the MEG Companies, Planet Fitness has leased 8,000 s/f at the Raymond Shopping Center. The Raymond Shopping Center located off of exit 5 on Rte. 101 is anchored by Ace Hardware/Ben Franklin and Super Dollar Tree, and The US Post Office. Other tenants include Off Price Furniture, Little Critters Pet Store, Head & Body Salon, House of the Samurai II, and Directors Cut Video. Planet Fitness has 11 locations in the state with several new gyms planned and under construction.
