Lewis of Vidal/Wettenstein leases 8,655 s/f to two tenants

Robert Lewis, partner at Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC, has leased a total 8,655 s/f of retail space at Center One Eleven, 380 Monroe Tpke. A 5,388 s/f space was leased to a Zumba Fitness facility for a five-year term. The tenant was represented by Steve Hodson of Hodson Realty, Inc. The adjacent 3,267 s/f was leased to Anytime Fitness for a five-year term. Anytime Fitness, with 1,500 clubs open nationwide, is one of the fastest growing upscale, co-ed fitness franchises in the world. As the name suggests, Anytime Fitness is open 24 hours a day. Lewis is the exclusive broker for Center One Eleven, where there are two remaining in-line retail units available of 1,100 s/f and 2,500 s/f.
