Lewis of Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC brokers $1.1 million sale
Robert Lewis, Vidal Wettenstein, LLCSouth Norwalk, CT Robert Lewis, partner at Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC completed the sale of an office condominium at 33 N. Water St. Lewis represented the buyer, Blackbeard Real Estate Holdings, LLC in the $1.1 million sale. The seller, LSCG Fund 21-1, LLC was represented by Connor Nolan of WFL Real Estate Services.
33 N. Water St. is a nicely situated Condo building with water views, adjacent to the Norwalk Maritime Center in the heart of SONO. The 5,646 s/f office space will undergo a total renovation and serve as the new home of the Buyer’s primary business.
