Licht of NAI Mertz reps buyer in $5.05m sale
Jeffrey Licht, SIOR, senior VP at NAI Mertz and chairperson of NAI Global's Industrial Council, represented the buyer, Impacting Your World Ministries in the sale of 2901 Chapel Ave. Colliers represented the seller, Congregation Beth El, in the sale of their 73,500 s/f synagogue/community and school campus on 10 acres. According to Licht, the property was sold for $5.05 million.
