Lifespan leases 20,000 s/f medical/office space at West River Center
Lifespan has leased 20,000 s/f at West River Center. Lifespan, Rhode Island's first health system, more than doubles its current square footage at West River Center with the addition of its' weight management program and medical staff services. Medical staff services moved in to a 3,000 s/f office in phase 1, while the weight management program occupied 17,000 s/f of phase 2. Phase 2 construction is now complete at West River Center, a combined 140,000 s/f general and medical office complex located at the intersection of I-95 and Rte. 146. An historical rehabilitation project, tenant spaces are built to suit and complete with all new building systems and interior finishes. West River Center has free parking and a full-service café. Phase 2 consists of 40,000 s/f on three floors. Lifespan is the first tenant in the building and occupies the entire first floor and half of the second. The phase 2 building is served by two new elevators. Parking at the complex is available at a ratio of four spaces per 1,000 s/f.
