Lincoln Property Co. completes 23 leases at the Forbes Business Ctr. and Wood Rd. Business Ctr.

The Boston office of Lincoln Property Company has recently completed 23 lease transactions totaling 46,000 s/f of office space at the Forbes Business Center and Wood Road Business Center. Both Forbes Business Center and Wood Road Business Center are owned and managed by KS Partners LLC. Lincoln Property Co. serves as the exclusive leasing agent for both properties. Some of the most recent tenants include Northeast Air Solutions at Wood Road Business Center, located at 140 Wood Road; Almost Family at 222 Forbes Rd. at Forbes Business Center; Absolute Delivery, at 182 Forbes Rd. at the Forbes Business Center; and Connolly Healthcare, at 222 Forbes Rd. at Forbes Business Center. The Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord, KS Partners, in all transactions. Lincoln Property Co's brokerage team is comprised of Ellison Patten, vice president, Ned Halloran, assistant vice president, and Rich Modiszewski.
