Tim Latham, vice president, and Kevin Malloy, senior vice president, both of Lincoln Property, represented the tenant, Communications Technology Services (CTS), a Marlborough-based national communications infrastructure service company. Bill Sullivan of RW Holmes represented the landlord, Janelon Trust, in the transaction.
Built in 1985 and located on a 3.79-acre lot, 33 Locke Dr. is a 60,477 s/f office and R&D building.
