Westborough, MA Linear Retail Properties, LLC, has acquired 9 West Plaza, located at 1 Oak St.
The plaza is located at the prominent signalized intersection of Rte. 9 and Lyman St. within Westborough’s primary retail corridor. The 35,800 s/f building is sited on 5.8 acres. Tenants include Sleepy’s, Chipotle, FedEx, Hair Cuttery and Gold’s Gym.
Bryan Furze, vice president – development & asset management for Linear Retail said, “9 West Plaza’s location at a major intersection on Rte. 9 is a strong competitive advantage. Westborough is a business-friendly community with a strong commercial base, and we look forward to building our relationship with the town.”
