According to Linear Retail Properties, LLC, Yeh! Yogurt has leased space in their Burlington Marketplace shopping center. The center is located across from the Burlington Mall, New England Executive Office Park and Lahey Clinic at 68 Burlington Mall Rd.
Yeh! Yogurt, based out of Montréal, Canada, chose Burlington Marketplace for its first U.S. store location. The 1,587 s/f café concept is a self-serve, non-fat, frozen yogurt café offering 400 toppings ranging from fruits, seeds, candy, cereals and chocolates. Other options include smoothies, waffles, crepes, and organic tea. In the winter months, customers will be able to toast marshmallows for S'mores at their own table.
Yeh! Yogurt was represented by Doug Calenda and Lloyd Sugarman. Joel Kadis, partner and head of leasing at Linear Retail Properties, represented the owner. Kadis said, "Yeh! Yogurt's non-fat frozen yogurt will be a perfect complement to the exciting new lunch and dinner options that have recently opened at our center including Chipotle and b.good."
Other tenants at the center include Starbucks, Jos. A Bank, Brookline Bank, Pearle Vision, Scottrade Securities, D'Angelo's, Elizabeth Grady, FedEx Kinkos, and Hair Cuttery.
