ROK Builders completes several hotel renovation and maintenance projects

ROK Builders, LLC, the wholly owned hotel construction management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, LLC, recently completed hotel renovations and major maintenance projects for The Claremont Companies, The Waterford Hotel Group, La Quinta Corporation, Sunburst Hospitality and Park Lodge Hotels. The organization upgraded outdated guestrooms, corridors and public areas to stylish spaces at several Residence Inns by Marriott, La Quinta Inn & Suites, Comfort Inn & Suites and Courtyard by Marriott locations. In addition, ROK Builders executed significant maintenance projects and spot renovations throughout the La Quinta chain. With over 45 years of hotel ownership, construction insight and operations experience, ROK Builders has completed more than 30 new building and major renovation projects along with over 100 major maintenance assignments within the last three years. The organization specializes in managing hotel renovation and new construction. "Our extensive experience in the industry allows us to build and renovate projects faster and more economically," said Fred Roedel III, president of ROK Builders and partner of Roedel Companies. "We understand each hotel's market area which is extremely valuable for managing project timelines and budgets."
