Linear Retail Properties leases 2,500 s/f to Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

Linear Retail Properties, LLC, signed a lease with Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt at Lakeview Shopping Center located at 1734 Lakeview Ave. & Tennis Plaza Rd. Orange Leaf is an expanding, self-serve frozen yogurt concept with locations across the country and eight so far in Mass. The new location, opening spring 2013, will feature an orange and green decor with various seating options. Orange Leaf will be joining Dracut's dining destination at Lakeview Shopping Center with Sports Zone Restaurant, Brothers Pizza, China Maxim, Subway, Dracut Family Diner and Thai Parima Restaurant. Joel Kadis, partner of Leasing with Linear Retail said, "The frozen yogurt concept has significantly expanded recently and we are very pleased to be doing our second deal this year with Orange Leaf. With all of the dining options available at the center, It will be nice to have a dessert option."
