Linear Retail Properties leases 2,600 s/f to Panda Express
Nashua, NH According to Linear Retail Properties, LLC, Panda Express has opened at Daniel Webster Shops at 219 Daniel Webster Hwy. Panda Express occupies 2,600 s/f on the north end cap of The Shops.
Panda Express Nashua’s new location boasts a fresh and bright design with tiled floors, wooden tables, seating and various types of lighting.
The 11,785 s/f shopping center was completed in 2013 and is located adjacent to Walgreens and Not Your Average Joes and across the street from Best Buy. Daniel Webster Shops is fully leased. There is space available at its adjacent Linear Retail owned center, Daniel Webster Plaza.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
