The Lannan Company leases 8,200 s/f to Dollar General
Peterborough, NH The Lannan Company, Inc. has leased 8,200 s/f of retail space to Dollar General at the Monadnock Community Plaza located at 1 Jaffrey Rd.
Torphy Construction of Peterborough, has been contracted to complete the tenant fit-up with an anticipated store opening for this fall.
Monadnock Community Plaza is a 41,000 s/f neighborhood retail shopping center situated on 5.71 acres with 700’ of frontage.
