Longo of Matthews Commercial completes 8,000 s/f $375,000 sale
Nick Longo of Matthews Commercial Properties completed the sale of 36 Wakelee Rd. The 8,000 s/f industrial building is situated on 1.50 acres of land.
The property was purchased for an end-user purpose by Richard Klasa for $375,000.
Nick Longo represented both the seller, BB II,LLC and the buyer, Richard Klasa in the transaction.
