Rick Lowe and Brandon Leitner of Cresa Boston recently represented The Massachusetts Institute for a New Commonwealth (MassINC) in a 4,686 s/f office lease relocation at 11 Beacon St.
Stani Miteva of Cresa Boston will oversee the project management and relocation planning for MassINC, which plans to be fully moved in by December.
The landlord, Divco West, was represented by Phillip Sullivan of Setanta Realty Advisors.
MassINC, which was previously located at 18 Tremont St., will occupy part of the 5th floor in the 11-story building.
