The EC Boston Language Center, an English language school offering courses in general English, business communication, and academic preparation, is relocating to One Faneuil Hall Sq., where it will occupy 21,700 s/f on floors 4, 5, 6 and 7 in the 46,000 s/f building. According to Lowe, a principal at CresaPartners, the organization, which currently occupies 9,000 s/f at 727-731 Boylston St., is expanding to accommodate its growth and enhance the school's visibility. EC Boston plans to be fully moved in December. The landlord, Faneuil Hall Square LLC., was represented by Jeff Becker and Bonny Doorakian of NAI Hunneman.
Reznick Group P.C., a national accounting, tax, and business advisory firm, is moving to One Boston Place, where it will occupy 13,849 s/f on the fifth floor of the 802,000 s/f class A office tower. The company, which currently occupies 4,500 s/f at 265 Franklin St., plans to be fully moved in December. The owner, One Boston Place LLC., was represented by Chris Cuddy, Lauren Lipscomb, and Emily Batchelder of CB Richard Ellis.
According to Lowe, these transactions are examples of growing companies that are looking to upgrade their space in this still-friendly tenants' market.
