Joseph Luca has joined RPL-Commercial, a division of Residential Properties Ltd., as a broker associate.
Luca received his real estate license in Massachusetts in 1992 and started at Fidelity Partners. He specializes in commercial real estate, investment properties, and business sales. His most recent experience comes from Luca Commercial, which he started in 2005.
He is an active member of the board of directors for the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors. He also serves the Northern RI Board as chairman of RPAC, member of the Program Committee and treasurer.
Luca received his Bachelors degree from Boston University.
