Ludwig of Coldwell NRT represents Basement Systems' 40,000 s/f lease
Roger Ludwig, Jr, vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, has completed a long-term lease with Barrian Precision Manufacturing d/b/a Milford Automatics Inc. and the landlord, Basement Systems Inc.
Milford Automatics Inc. will be transitioning their business from their current manufacturing facility in Milford, Conn. The building operates as a third facility for the owner, Basement Systems, who will shift that portion of their operation to a high-bay, 65,000 s/f warehouse adjacent to their headquarters.
Ludwig represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction.
