Lyman of Lyman Real Estate brokers sale of 23 acres at 105 Cottage Rd. in Montville
Montville, CT The sale of a parcel of land at 105 Cottage Rd., in the village of Oakdale was completed by Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate. The 23.603 acres of vacant land has frontage on Gardner Lake and can be accessed from both Cottage Rd. and Lathrop Grove Rd.
The parcel was purchased from Saint Thomas More School Endowment & Development by Elisa and Steven Pierce, with Lyman acting as agent for both seller and buyers. The Pierces will live on the property and are working on a subdivision to break it into lots to sell. All will have lake rights.
