Lyman joins RHYS' retail team as senior associate

Tyler Lyman recently joined RHYS Commercial as a senior associate for its Retail Division, according to RHYS president and CEO Cory Gubner. Lyman will focus on providing tenant representation, project leasing, site selection and disposition services on behalf of retail users and landlords, with primary attention to New England and Westchester County, N.Y.
He has worked with several retailers such as Michaels Arts and Crafts, BJ's Wholesale, Home Depot and Dollar Tree. He has also assisted on transactions for Starbuck's and Moe's Southwest Grill.
"Tyler and his relationships will compliment our existing client base and Tyler shares our client first attitude," said Jason Wuchiski, senior vice president of RHYS Commercial.

Tyler's energy and retail experience will help RHYS Commercial continue its growth in our Retail Division," said Gubner, whose privately-held real estate advisory firm represents a wide range of local, national, and international clients throughout the Tri-State/New England marketplace.
Prior to joining RHYS Commercial, Lyman worked for CB Richard Ellis in Stamford. He is also an active member of ICSC and holds real estate licenses in Conn., Mass. and N.Y.
