Lyman of Lyman Real Estate leases 1,850 s/f to Universal Package Store

Storrs, CT Universal Package Store has leased a 1,850 s/f space at 1244 Storrs Rd., according to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, who acted as agent for both the landlord and the wine, spirits and beer retailer. The building is across from the UCONN campus.

This will be the third Universal Package Store in eastern Conn., joining locations in Noank and downtown Mystic. All stores offer a large selection of craft beers and spirits and interesting “off-the-run” wines, along with all the standard products. The focus is on customer service, including free local delivery on orders over $50.
