This location will be the home of Bearingstar Insurance. They are a personal lines insurance agency and a member of the Arbella Insurance Group. Bearingstar focuses exclusively on automobile, homeowners and related personal lines protection. They currently have ten locations throughout Connecticut.

Lyman also brokered a 1,824 s/f lease at Ledgebrook Dr. to Windham Community Memorial Hospital, Inc. The transaction consists of a five-year initial lease term with an option to renew.
The tenant, Windham Community Memorial Hospital, Inc., will locate its women's health services functions at this site. This will be a sattelite location for the hospital, with its main facility located on Mansfield Ave. in Willimantic.
