Lyman Real Estate brokers $190,000 sale
Chaplin, CT Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, has arranged the sale of the property at 64-66 Willimantic Rd. (Rte. 6). Lyman represented seller Todd Burnett of Canterbury Horticulture, LLC, and Steve MacCormack, a Lyman agent, represented buyer Ahmed Choudhry. The sale price was $190,000.
The property covers three acres with 300 feet of frontage on Rte. 6, and is in a Zone B - Business District. A gas station with a 5,000 s/f convenience store is proposed.
