Lyman Real Estate brokers $210,000 sale of 9,272 s/f building

Norwich, CT Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, has completed the sale of the building at 327 Laurel Hill Ave. The two-story 9,272 s/f masonry structure was built in 1900 as a school and has subsequently been a restaurant. The building has a 4,440 s/f basement and sits on 0.7 acres zoned in the Waterfront District.

Lyman represented seller Rosdev Capital Funding, LP, while buyer Gilbert Peralte represented himself. Purchase price was $210,000. The buyer has not yet announced plans for the property.
