Ron Lyman

Old Saybrook, CT The 4,920 s/f retail building at 233 Boston Post Rd. has been purchased by 233 Boston Post LLC, who will be leasing it to Fine Fettle for the cannabis dispensary’s fifth Connecticut location. The transaction was announced by Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development, who, along with Sam Lyman, represented sellers Angus McDonald and Gary Sharpe of Sisyplius, LLC. Pollock Real Estate Company represented the buyer. The purchase price was just over $795,000.

The property is situated before the I-95 ramps on the main stretch of Rte. 1. It sits on 1.2 acres with space for 27 parking spots. This is the second property approved for cannabis sales by the town, which is no longer approving any more locations. Fine Fettle’s dispensary will only be for recreational customers, although other Fine Fettle locations also cater to medical patients and registered caregivers.

Fine Fettle has four cannabis dispensaries in Connecticut and two in Massachusetts. In addition to Old Saybrook, the company has plans for new locations in Norwalk, CT, and West Springfield, MA, and expects to expand into Georgia.
