Lyman Real Estate handles 1,425 s/f lease

Old Saybrook, CT According to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, a non-profit, resident performing arts company will be relocating to town. Lyman associate Patrick Sennott represented Drama Works Theatre Company, which will be doing productions and workshops at 323 Boston Post Rd., Unit 4A. Kevin Kennedy of Kennedy Real Estate was the agent for lessor R & B Lighthouse Realty LLC.

The 1,425 s/f space has high ceilings and room for a stage, ideal for Drama Works, which is moving after a year at Quiambaug Cove Professional Center in Stonington. Their website said, Drama Works is “dedicated to the production of fun, entertaining, stimulating, thought provoking, inspiring and relevant theatre.” Their first play will open April 17.
