Lyman Real Estate handles lease to UCONN

Mansfield, CT The University of Connecticut (UCONN) has leased a newly renovated office building at 28 Professional Park Rd., according to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate. The owner is MP Park, LLC and Lyman acted as sole agent for the transaction. The 9,000 s/f facility is off Rte. 44, Middle Turnpike, near Storrs Rd., Rte. 195. Directly across Rte. 44, Professional Park Rd. extends into the new UCONN Technology Park, a 990,000 s/f multi-story R&D and meeting facility. 

The 28 Professional Park Rd. building features a new central core, new elevator and ADA bathrooms on each floor, as well as a new main entrance with traffic signal. UCONN is currently customizing the space for their needs and expects to move in by the first of the year.
