Max’s Place Shopping Center - Old Saybrook, CTOld Saybrook, CT T-Mobile US, Inc., has leased a 1,048 s/f retail location at Max’s Place Shopping Center, 22 Spencer Plain Rd. (Rte. 166), according to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, who is the Max’s Place developer and landlord for the transaction.
Lyman said, “We are pleased to have this quality tenant come into our last available space. Phase 1 of the shopping center is fully leased.”
Max’s Place is one of the Middlesex County shoreline region’s largest retail developments in recent years. The $30 million project covers more than 18 acres and contains more than 128,000 s/f of retail space.
