Lyman Real Estate sells warehouse to Watkins for Snap-on location
Old Saybrook, CT Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development has sold 117 Spencer Plains Rd., to Adam Watkins, a Snap-on tools franchisee. Broker and development associate Sam Lyman represented the buyer in the off-market deal for a purchase of $456,318. The seller was OSCT, LLC.
The buyer will use the property as a warehouse and operations headquarters for his Snap-on franchise. Snap-on Inc. is an American designer, manufacturer, and marketer of professional tools and equipment used in the automotive, heavy-duty equipment, marine, aviation, and railroad industries.
