Lynch of Leonard Lee reps. seller and buyer in sale of Humble Kitchen
Leonard, Lee & Co. has sold Humble Kitchen, 28 Main St., to Two Friends Café, LLC.
Pam Lynch represented the seller and assisted the buyer.
The new owners will change the name and operate as Two Friends Good 2 Go. The menu offers take out meals, pastries, coffee and catering services.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
