M&J Associates leases 1,800 s/f to Legacy Rugs in Natick
According to Mark Shair, owner of M&J Associates, Inc. Legacy Rugs has opened at 255 Worcester
Rd., (Rte 9). The space is 1,800 s/f with full basement. It is on the westbound side of Rte. 9.
The shopping center is 8,500 s/f and also includes Kitchen Interiors, a 35-year tenant, and a 3,500 s/f Chinese/asian
restaurant that is under construction.
Legacy Rugs sells antique and contemporary oriental and Asian rugs. The principals have decades of experience in this industry.
In addition, interior design services are available. M&J Associate's, Inc is a full-service real estate firm with offices at 120 Wells Ave., Newton Mass.

West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
