M&J Associates leases 1,800 s/f to Legacy Rugs in Natick

According to Mark Shair, owner of M&J Associates, Inc. Legacy Rugs has opened at 255 Worcester Rd., (Rte 9). The space is 1,800 s/f with full basement. It is on the westbound side of Rte. 9. The shopping center is 8,500 s/f and also includes Kitchen Interiors, a 35-year tenant, and a 3,500 s/f Chinese/asian restaurant that is under construction. Legacy Rugs sells antique and contemporary oriental and Asian rugs. The principals have decades of experience in this industry. In addition, interior design services are available. M&J Associate's, Inc is a full-service real estate firm with offices at 120 Wells Ave., Newton Mass.
