New Canaan, CT VUE New Canaan, the condominium community developed by M2 Partners, LLC and KARP Associates, has officially sold out all 40 units. This marks one of the most successful new development sellouts in Fairfield County.

Brown Harris Stevens agent Bettina Hegel led sales and marketing, achieving $82.4 million in total sales with every unit selling at or above asking price. The record-setting condo prices came 60% above the town average, earning Hegel recognition as New Canaan’s #1 condo listing agent and ranking in the Top 1% for total home sales.
