Macaluso of Prudential Connecticut Realty sells 30,620 s/f
CS&L Associates has purchased 21 Kenny Roberts Memorial Dr. from Elzbieta Corp. This 30,620 s/f warehouse building is located in the Mach 1 Industrial Park.
Sam Macaluso of Prudential Connecticut Realty's commercial group in Avon was the sole broker in the transaction.
