Accoridng to Gilbane Building Company, Justin MacEachern has been named to ENR New England's list of Top Young Professionals 2015. Each year, ENR New England recognizes the merits of young leaders in design and construction, and their contributions to the industry and the community.
After joining Gilbane in 2008 as a project engineer, MacEachern managed several interior projects in the city. After being promoted to regional quality manager in 2011, MacEachern quickly advanced through the ranks into his current role as project executive. MacEachern is accountable for ensuring successful project results (quality, safety and financial), as well as maintaining and cultivating client relationships. MacEachern has served on progressive, complex and high-profile projects in the city for clients such as Alexandria Real Estate, Google, State Street Bank, Bank of America, Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the Boston Red Sox, to name a few.
MacEachern serves on the board of directors for the Merrimack Valley Housing Partnership and the ACE (Architecture, Construction and Engineering) Mentor Program in Massachusetts. Justin is a member of the United Way Emerging Leaders and a mentor for the United Way's Youth Venture Program.
He is also an active volunteer at the Private Industry Council Job Shadow Days, Mass Mentoring Events, the Greater Boston Food Bank and Re-build Boston.

An independent jury chose the recipients from numerous applicants throughout Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
