Augusta, ME Maine Realty Advisors recently negotiated two sales transactions totalling over 10,000 s/f and five leases totalling over 20,000 s/f.

On April 28, Josh Soley and Ben Spencer of Maine Realty Advisors facilitated the sale of 16 Commerce Dr., a 6,900 s/f office building, sold to Zenith Ultimate Group LLC by RLS LLC for $1.25 million.

Frank Carr of Maine Realty Advisors brokered the sale of 153 Riverside Dr. in  Auburn. The 3,300 s/f industrial property, was sold to Maine Appliance, Inc. by S & S Homes, LLC for $130,000. The transaction closed April 15.

Community Cares leased 5,000 s/f of office space at 1120 Center St., in Auburn from Management Controls LLC. Carr of Maine Realty Advisors and Tim Millett of Porta Co. facilitated the transaction on April 15.

Chapter 11 leased 4,568 s/f of industrial space at 785 Main St. in Lewiston, from F-Pak ME LLC.  Soley and Carr of Maine Realty Advisors facilitated the transaction, which closed April 26.

Carlin & Shapiro leased 1,758 s/f of office space at 48 Free St. in Portland, from J.B. Brown and Sons. Soley of Maine Realty Advisors and Derek Miller of The Boulos Co. facilitated the transaction, which closed April 2.

Zack Bowen LLC Leased 7,865 s/f of industrial space at 170 Anderson St. in Portland, from Castine 170 LLC. Soley of Maine Realty Advisors and Chris Davis of Vitalius Real Estate facilitated the transaction, which closed April 15.

Kristen Huff leased 991 s/f of retail space at 98 Cross St. in Portland, from J.B. Brown and Sons. Soley of Maine Realty Advisors and Miller of The Boulos Co. facilitated the transaction, which closed April 22.
