Nashua, NH Prolman Realty, Inc. negotiated  the sale of 110-114 West Pearl St. to 110-114 West Pearl Street, LLC.  According to Mark Prolman, who represented The Youth Council (seller) and assisted the buyer. The 3-story brick building consists of 3,138 s/f of retail space occupied by Codex and 6,432 s/f of office space on the second and third floor. The buyer intends to lease 3,216 s/f to his software company, RegDox Solutions, Inc. according to company president, Bill O’Brien.

The Hillsborough Country Registry of Deeds reported the sale price at $645,000.

In a seperate transaction, Prolman Realty brokered the sale of 74 Northeastern Blvd. unit 9-10 to The Youth Council. According to Prolman Realty sales associate Lisa Ferrari, who represented Robrich Realty, LLC (seller) and assisted the buyer, “The 4,800 s/f office condominium is situated in the Northbridge Business Center and is the new headquarters for The Youth Council, previously located at 110-114 West Pearl St. in downtown Nashua.”

According to The Hillsborough Country Registry of Deeds the sale price was $323,000
