Malkin Properties leases 3,604 s/f to Vesta Partners

Vesta Partners, LLC, an international business consultancy focused on enterprise asset management, has signed a lease to relocate its headquarters to Malkin Properties' First Stamford Place, according to Jeffrey Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the marketing and management agent for the three-building, 810,000 s/f office complex. Vesta Partners will take occupancy of 3,604 s/f on the fifth floor of 300 First Stamford Place for a term of seven years. Malkin Construction will build out the new space for the tenant. "With our prior lease coming up for renewal, we chose to investigate other options in the Stamford market and found high quality, top amenities and a great location at First Stamford Place, which is in such close proximity to the Transportation Center," said Carl Graves, CFO at Vesta Partners. Newman, senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino and leasing associate Tara Long represented the landlord in this transaction. The tenant was represented by Gerry Lees and Maureen O'Boyle of Cushman & Wakefield.
