Malloy of Avison Young leads team in renewing 15,492 s/f office lease to Concentric Energy Advisors, Inc.

Avison Young has brokered a 15,492 s/f office lease renewal at 293 Boston Post Rd. West. The Avison Young team led by principal Kevin Malloy represented the tenant, Concentric Energy Advisors, Inc. Tim Latham of the Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord,RFP Lincoln 293, LLC. Concentric Energy Advisors is a leading management consulting and financial advisory firm focused on the North American energy industry. The company's headquarters have been in the area since 2002. "Concentric Energy Advisors is known internationally as a leader in the energy consulting industry and has been a great longstanding client," said Malloy. "We were able to use the advisory firm's prestige to negotiate a very compelling transaction to remain at 293 Boston Post Rd." As part of the Boston Post Road Corporate Center located off I-495, the 178,697 s/f building features a multi-storey atrium, on-site cafeteria, a fitness center and daycare facilities. The lobby is scheduled to be renovated in October. "The building is the ideal location for our company and staff," said Mary Lou Zoukis, CFO at Concentric Energy Advisors. "We enjoyed working with Kevin Malloy and his team to negotiate an agreement that allows us to remain in the building."
