*Michael Stone has leased 511 s/f of office space from Free Street Associates at 22 Free St. Joe Malone, CCIM and Peter Harrington of Malone completed the transaction.
*Lyric Semiconductor, Inc. has leased 500 s/f of office space from Albert Palacci at 53 Exchange St. Harrington completed the transaction.
*Dustin Slocum has purchased the 4,466 s/f retail building at 81 Main St. in Topsham from Androscoggin Bank for $235,000. Daniel Catlin of Malone completed the sale.
