* Pearl Exporting leased 600 s/f of professional office space at 30 Exchange St. for their business offices. Harrington handled the transaction.
* Bangor Savings Bank leased 1,000 s/f ground level retail space for bank branch operation at 180 Middle St. Joe Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers and Steve Bauman of Paragon Commercial RE handled the transaction.
* Wendi Dolloff leased 270 s/f of professional office space at 222 Saint John St.
* Courtney McCollum leased 316 s/f of professional office space for a non-profit consulting company at 222 Saint John St.
