Waters of McLaughry sells 4,500 s/f office building to Union Green Realty

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial brokered the sale of 26 Bank St. to Union Green Realty, LLC, a real estate holding company. 26 Bank St. is a 4,500 s/f professional office building and is 100% occupied. Tenants include Northeast Mailing Systems and Townsend Insurance Agency. Waters said, "26 Bank St. is a superb example of a stately Victorian house converted to a proud functional office building." McLaughry Comm'l. represented the property owner, 26 Bank St. LLC and assisted the buyer. In accordance with the Grafton County records, the sale was $450,000. Ledyard National Bank facilitated the financing on the building.
