Malone Commercial Brokers completes four transactions totaling 20,407 s/f

Malone Commercial Brokers recently arranged the following transactions: *Andy Verzosa has leased 1,350 s/f of gallery space from Top of Exchange LLC at 85 Exchange St. Peter Harrington and Joe Malone, CCIM, of Malone completed the transaction. *RippleEffect, Inc. has leased 700 s/f of storage space from Great Maine Wharf LLC at 72 Commercial St. Harrington and John Doyon, CCIM, of Malone completed the transaction. *Southern Maine Towing has leased 2,385 s/f of space at 432 Elm St. in Biddeford, Me., from Northern Ventures, LLC. Michael Miller and Mark Malone, CCIM, of Malone, completed the transaction. *Flue Gas Solutions has leased 15,972 s/f of manufacturing space from Meyer Realty Investments Inc. at 19 Commons Ave. in Windham, Me. Doyon, of Malone, and Reggie Butts, of Butts Commercial Brokers, completed the transaction.
