Malone Commercial Brokers completes sale of 260 Western Ave. for $1.137 million

South Portland, ME Malone Commercial Brokers completed the sale of 260 Western Ave., an 8,474 s/f office/mixed-use building situated on 1.56 acres.

The property sold for $1.1375 million to RCCG The Teachers House Parish Inc.

The property features 306 ft. of frontage on Western Ave., 65 paved parking spaces and a mix of professional and healthcare-related tenants, including StonyCreek Psychotherapy & Wellness, KLD Associates, Inc. and Comprehensive Collaborative Care. The property is located near the Maine Mall and Portland Jetport, with access to I-95 and I-295.

Mark Malone and Nick Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers represented the seller, while Richard Reynolds of Home Sweet Maine/Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer. The transaction closed on September 4, 2026.
