Peter Harrington and Joe Malone negotiated the transaction. JHA Insurance has leased 10,000 s/f of office space at 9 Donald B Dean Dr. in South Portland from J.B. Brown & Sons. John Doyon, CCIM, Malone Commercial Brokers, and Jim Harnden, Ram Harnden, completed the deal.
