Sullivan Construction to build 20,500 s/f
VanSullwood Realty, LLC has contracted Sullivan Construction Inc. to construct a 2 story office building for the General Services Administration. The scope of work for the 20,500 s/f building includes steel frame, brick veneer, 2-story entry feature, 2-stop double entry elevator, store front and vinyl windows. The building will be certified LEED - NC Silver.
